We are part of the Christian & Missionary Alliance.

The Christian & Missionary Alliance (C&MA) is made up of believers in the local churches who seek to complete Christ's Great Commission.

The C&MA was established in 1897 by combining the international missionary alliance and the Christian alliance.

We are Christians because we believe and follow Jesus as our Lord and Savior.

We are missionaries because we are commited to bringing the Good News to all nations who have not heard about the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Hmong District

The Hmong District oversees all of the Hmong local churches who are associated with the C&MA. As of 2018, there are 122 local churches within the district.

The Hmong District is headquartered in Thornton, Colorado. It functions to encourage, support, resource, and train local churches for church growth and ministries.

Hmong District Headquarters

Hmong District Vision:  The Hmong District will be a district to “Advance Christ Worldwide.” The dream is that “We will be Worldwide and Next Generational Hmong District, a Christ-Centered, family of Acts 1:8 with and for the C&MA.”  We will “Advance Christ Worldwide” through …

LOVING God, each other, and others;
LIVING into the next generations; and
LEAVING into the world.

Fourfold Gospel

Alliance founder Dr. A. B. Simpson defined the C&MA’s spiritual DNA more than 100 years ago, referring to it as the Fourfold Gospel; it’s the heart of what Alliance people believe about Jesus and forms the foundation of all that defines The Alliance movement.

Savior

The Name of Jesus has impacted lives around the world for more than 2,000 years. He is a universal Savior, promising “whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

Sanctifier

Many Christians understand God’s promise of salvation but do not experience the ongoing sanctifying work of Jesus Christ in their lives. For those who neither understand nor allow the Holy Spirit's control in their lives, the results have a profound effect.

Healer

A great portion of Christ’s time was dedicated to healing the sick. He healed all kinds of people: the blind, the paralyzed, the lame, the deaf, lepers, those who had fevers, and many with chronic illnesses.

Coming King

The physical return of Jesus has been the subject of speculation and controversy since His ascension into the clouds, which is recorded in the Book of Acts. Knowing that countless millions still have not heard the gospel, The Alliance is committed to doing its part to complete Christ’s Great Commission before His imminent return.

Our History

Green Bay Hmong Alliance Church (GBHAC) began fellowship in 1984.
In 1991, we purchased our own church building (which we still reside at).
Since the inception of the church, we have been fortunate enough to have seven previous senior pastors, one discipleship pastors, and three youth pastors.

Currently, Rev. Pang Koua Kevin Her from Denver, CO serves as our Senior Pastor.

Statement of Faith

The Holy Trinity

We believe that there is one God who is infinitely perfect, existing eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy
Spirit.
(Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 5:48,
Matthew 28:19)

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is the true God and the true man. He was conceived by
the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He died upon the cross, the Just for the unjust, as a substitutionary sacrifice, and all
who believe in Him are justified on the ground of His shed blood. He arose from the dead according to the Scriptures. He is now at the right hand of Majesty on high as our great High Priest. He will come
again to establish His kingdom, righteousness and peace.
(Philippians 2:6-11, Luke 1:34–38, I Peter 3:18, Hebrews 2:9, Romans 5:9,
Acts 2:23–24, Hebrews 8:1, Matthew 26:64)

The Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit is a divine person (John 14:15-18), sent to indwell, guide, teach, empower the believers (John 16:13 & Acts 1:8), and convict the world of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment (John 16:7-11).

The Word Of God

We believe that the Bible, inerrant as originally given, was verbally inspired by God and is a complete revelation of His will for salvation of men. It constitutes the divine and only rule of Christian faith and practice (II Pet. 1:20-21 & II Tim. 3:15-16).

Humanity

We believe that human, both male and female, was originally created in the image and likeness of God (Gen. 1:27). They fell through disobedience, incurring thereby both physical and spiritual death. All human are born with a sinful nature (Rom. 3:23), are separated from the life of God and can be saved only through the atoning work of the Lord Jesus Christ (I Cor. 15:2-23). The portion of the impenitent and unbelieving is existence forever in conscious torment (Rev. 21:8); and that of the believers, in everlasting joy and bliss (Rev. 21:1-4).

Salvation

We believe that salvation has been provided through Jesus Christ for all men; and those who repent and believe in Him are born again of the Holy Spirit, receive the gift of eternal life, and become the children of God (Titus 3:4-7; John 1:12).

The Christian Life

We believe that it is the will of God that each believer should be filled with the Holy Spirit and be sanctified wholly, being separated from sin and the world and fully dedicated to the will of God thereby receiving power for holy living and effective service. This is both crisis and progressive experience wrought in the life of the believer subsequent to conversion
(I Thess. 5:23; Acts 1:8; Rom. 6:1-4).

The Healing of Physical Body

We believe that provision is made in the redemptive work of the Lord Jesus Christ for the healing of the mortal body. Prayer for the sick and anointing with oil are taught in the Scriptures and are privileges for the Church in this present age
(Mat. 8:16-17; James 5:13-16).

The Church

We believe that the Church consists of all those who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, are redeemed through His blood, and are born again of the Holy Spirit. Christ is the Head of the Body, the Church, which has been commissioned by Him to go into all the world as a witness, preaching the gospel to all nations. The local church is a body of believers in Christ who are joined together for the worship of God, for edification through the Word of God, for prayer, fellowship, the proclamation of the gospel, and observance of the ordinances of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper
(Eph. 1:22-23; Mat. 28:19-20; Acts 2:41-47).

Resurrection

We believe that there shall be a bodily resurrection of the just to eternal life and of the unjust to eternal judgment (I Cor. 15:20-23; John 5:28-29).

The Second Coming of Christ

We believe that the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ is imminent (Heb. 10:37) and will be personal, visible, and premillennial (Lk. 21:27).

Mission Statement

To Know, Love, & Seek God.

To express the love of Jesus Christ through Word and Deed.
