Roles and Responsibilities

DMD will oversee a Council consisting of the following: DM Secretary, DM Treasurer, Children’s coordinator, Lead Senior coordinator, Lead Next Gen.  coordinator, and Lead Young Couple’s ministry coordinator

DMD is responsible to ensure and re-enforce biblical principles are being taught.

DMD is responsible to develop or follow a biblical system of curriculum to ensure spiritual development of GBHAC department ministries. 

DMD is responsible to plan and implement in concert with the council and is subjugated to the approval of the senior pastor or GBHAC Governing Board.

DMD council is responsible to project yearly budget for the department ministry as a whole.

DMD is expected to be faithful to God and aspire to teach all who desire to learn.

DMD is responsible to help and advise department leaders of the understanding of their roles and responsibility within their ministry

DMD is responsible to call monthly meetings.

DMD is responsible to send a copy of the DMD board meetings to the Senior Pastor
