With so many loved ones sick, depressed, scared, or passing on from this world, Isaiah reminds us that God has settled everything for those who love Him. The physical deterioration of this world and body is because of the sinfulness within us that only God can make new. In our unfaithfulness to God, he has reminded us time and again that he chooses to make us as white as snow and as white as wool. Praise God for his everlasting love. While we may hurt, be in pain, be in sorrow, be afraid, or be in despair, let us remember that Christ shouldered and bore our sins so that we can be made white again in his presence. Let us rejoice in whatever situation we are in knowing that we are made new.
