Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Account for all kitchen inventory to include utensils, pots, pans, cups, microwave, and etc.

  • Develop policy and procedures of kitchen usage to be posted

  • May purchase the necessary items needed for a proper functioning kitchen within the budget allocated or GBHAC governing board approval

  • May request replacement of broken items

  • Are responsible to address any concerns with GBHAC governing board

  • Responsible to see that kitchen is cleaned and organized

  • Responsible to see that rules and regulations are adhered to concerning member usage

  • May address the congregation of rules and regulation concerning usage of the kitchen, if and when it is needed.

  • The chair committee is to request for the allocated funds from GBHAC’s Treasurer.
