Media Committee
Media committee has oversight of all media related equipment as well as ensuring error free technical functions during worship service and other social events. They also have oversight of GBHAC website to ensure proper content is displayed with current and future events.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Media is responsible to make sure sound quality is smooth all during worship service, Wednesday nights, and any other church functions.

One or two media personnel must be at every function held at church to ensure proper functions of equipment’s necessary for the event to flow well.

Media is responsible to maintain on going and projection of GBHAC announcements prior to service and after service.

Media is responsible to ensure that all GBHAC media equipment is functioning properly and are accounted for.

Media may replace any broken equipment necessary for worship within the budget allocated and approval of GBHAC governing board
Worship Committee
Worship committee’s primary responsibility is to lead praise and worship during church service along with other social or ministry functions as needed or requested.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Leaders are to lead practice sessions and when they are not available, they need to find someone else to lead.

Songs should be picked out weeks at a time and according to seasons of note.

Need to find songs for special events as needed.

Allocate to other people to lead worship when you are not available.

Responsible to ensure biblical content of the songs chosen.

Work with media committee to ensure a warm musical reception along with a warm musical exit.

Ensure that all mics and musical instruments are ready to go.

Ensure that the worship service runs smoothly.

Responsible to setup pulpit and clear staging for pastor to preach.

Responsible to replace or propose any items needed for a better worship experience within the allocated funds provided by GBHAC.
